Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Otto AI ("Otto", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Otto provides AI-powered business assistant agents that operate on dedicated server infrastructure. Agents can communicate via a web dashboard, Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, and email on your behalf.

3. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• Each plan includes a set number of AI messages per month. Overage is billed at the rates specified in your plan.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Service continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are available within 30 days of your first payment if you are unsatisfied.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Otto to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications.
• Harass, impersonate, or deceive others.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Distribute malware or attempt to compromise our systems.
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse the AI model access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. AI-Generated Content

Otto uses third-party AI models (including Claude, GPT, and Gemini) to generate responses. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it for business decisions, communications with customers, or any other purpose.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of Otto is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Each customer receives isolated server infrastructure. We do not access your conversation data except for troubleshooting at your request.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Otto AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon cancellation, your server instance and all data on it will be deleted within 30 days. You remain responsible for charges incurred before termination.
