What AI models does Otto use?
Otto uses Claude (Anthropic), GPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), and 300+ other models through intelligent routing. By default, your agent runs on Claude Sonnet 4.5 — one of the most capable AI models available. If any model experiences issues, Otto automatically switches to a backup so your agent never goes down.
Is my business data secure?
Yes. Every customer gets their own isolated server — your data is never shared with other customers. All connections are encrypted, SSH keys use AES-256 encryption, and your server is protected by a firewall that only allows connections from our secure backend. We never store your channel credentials or API keys on our central systems.
How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude?
ChatGPT and Claude are general-purpose chatbots you talk to in a browser. Otto is a dedicated AI employee that lives in your existing channels (Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram), knows your business context, remembers every conversation, and can have multiple agents that collaborate.
